Maple syrup season is a short and special time of year in Ontario. When the days warm above freezing and the nights dip back below, the sap begins to run through the maple trees, a rhythm that has guided this tradition for generations.
From the first run of sap to the final draw, the season is defined by timing, patience, and careful attention at every step. It takes roughly 40 litres of sap to produce a single litre of maple syrup, a process that cannot be hurried. At Brittco Maple Sweets, we’re proud to share the result, a product shaped by the land, the season, and the care that goes into every batch.
