We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You can also pay using Apple Pay or Google Pay at checkout. All transactions are securely processed and encrypted to protect your payment information.

We begin processing orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. If your order hasn’t entered the fulfillment stage yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes to items, quantities, or shipping details. Once an order has shipped, modifications are no longer possible, but you can initiate a return once it arrives.

Currently we ship only to Canadian addresses.

We offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, log in to your account, navigate to your order history, and select “Request a Return” next to the item. You’ll receive a prepaid shipping label via email. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Absolutely. If you’d like a different size, color, or style, you can request an exchange within 30 days of delivery. Visit your order history, select “Request an Exchange,” and choose your preferred variation. If the item you want is in stock, we’ll ship it as soon as we receive your original item. If the replacement has a price difference, we’ll charge or refund the difference accordingly.
