Orders & Fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled from available inventory. We reserve the right to adjust or cancel orders if necessary, with notice provided.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. Once an order has been shipped or delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Damaged Items

We take care to package all products securely. However, in the rare event that an item arrives damaged (e.g., broken glass container), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

  • Eligible claims may be refunded or replaced at our discretion.
  • Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be accepted.

Accuracy of Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information. We are not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect details.
